Table number cards
List your tables, choose how the numbers read and print. Flat cards slip into frames and stands; tent cards fold in half and stand up by themselves.

Listing your tables
Type ranges, single numbers and names separated by commas: 1-10, Head table, Sweetheart gives twelve cards in that order. Choose whether a number reads "Table 7", "Table Seven", or just the figure or word. Names are printed as typed and set a little smaller so they fit.
Which format to choose
- 5 × 7 in and 4 × 6 in flat cards print two to a sheet with crop marks and fit standard photo frames and table-number stands.
- Tent card uses a whole sheet folded across the middle. The upper half prints upside down, so once folded the number faces both sides of the room.
- Full page is one large card per sheet for a big frame or an easel.
Print at 100% scale on card stock with background graphics switched on. For tent cards, score the dotted line before folding so the crease stays straight.
Questions
Numerals or words: which is better?
Numerals are quicker to spot from across a busy room; words feel more formal and suit the frame and blossom designs. Some hosts use words with a smaller numeral elsewhere on the escort cards.
Can I leave out table 13?
Yes. Type the ranges around it, for example 1-12, 14-20. Cards print in exactly the order you list them.
How do I make the cards stand up?
Choose the tent card format and fold it, or print flat cards and set them in frames, card holders or small place card stands.
